SwETech AB is an independent Swedish company established
1990, active in development, production and marketing of
sophisticated explosive charges, mainly used within the
off shore industry.
SwETech´s know-how originating from experiences derived from
military development and production, has focused its resources
to civilian applications of originally military precision
technology, to guarantee safety and reliability of its products.
The work is done in close co-operation with distinguished
partners within the oil field industry, and SwETech is continuing
to co-operate with AB Bofors, to ensure "state of art" technological
solutions to its products.
Currently SwETech has three colliding Detonating Charges (CDC`s)
in running production.
*Type 1 for drill collars 5"-8 1/2
*Type 2 for drill collars 6" and below
*Type 3 for drill collars 8" and above
SwETech is also developing different types of shaped charges
for drill pipes and tubing.
